Decent 13" monitor for color correction?

Can anyone recommend a decent but inexpensive 16:9-capable NTSC monitor (13"?) suitable for "broadcast ready" color correction work in FCP4? Trying to stay below $500. I'm leaning toward the JVC TM-H1375SU.

In order to use a monitor for color correction, you need to be able to calibrate it to color bars. That requires a feature usually called 'blue check' or 'blue only', which turns off the red & green guns.
