When I start my G4 DP 1ghz, and open my feature project, it opens and saves in about a minute. After working for an hour or 2, it takes forever. I've repaired permissions, zapped PRAM, DiskWarrioredetc...

Do I have funky or bad RAM?

If you believe it's RAM, run the Apple Hardware Test (extended); it's pretty reliable.
