NTSC monitor recomendations

anyone have any experinece with different NTSC monitor brands? Care to share a bit about them (pros & cons)?

I've had a Sony 13" PVM-1354Q 800 line NTSC monitor for years.

Never skipped a beat; 16:9, bunch options, and inputs.

Best $1,000 I ever spent.

I 'stretched' my budget about 3 years ago and bought a Sony PVM-14M4U 13" monitor. It has 16x9, tons of inputs, 800lines. Best investment of my entire system.

Don't skimp on your monitor...you'll regret it down the road (unlike scrounging up the extra $400 to get the right monitor).

Either way...get a Sony broadcast monitor (preferably the M4U series) and you'll be happy for many years to come.
