Keyspan or Stealth ?

I use Final Cut Pro 4.0.2 (and soon 4.1 ) on a sp 867 QuickSilver G4 ( I don’t need the modem) and last week of december I will (for the first time) digitize in DV format some video shooted on digital beta , there will be a on line after on an other system
some say : go Keyspan ! some other Stealth serail port is best

any thoughs ?
anybody knowing Keyspan exact ref ?
