I thought I was immune, lucky, fortunate -- all of these.
Today, I hooked my FW400 Oxford 911 bridge, Granite Digital case to the front port of my G5 Dual with Panther 10.3.1 installed, and it wouldn't mount, or appear in the Disk Utility.
Did everything including repair, rebuild, reboot, etc.
Yet nothing.
It did mount on my PB 12" with 10.2.6 on it.
I then tried it in a back port of the G5, and it mounted, and I got files copied to an internal.
Reformat/reinitialized, and repaired.
Connected to the front port FW, and it did mount.
Go figure.
There are some issues here, and hopefully Apple will correct them.
