It looks fantastic...

Any guidance on what it does (and doesn't) give in comparison to the IO?

Am hoping to upgrade my dual DV-based G4 to an SDI-equipped G5 in the spring and still figuring out the best + cheapest way to go.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
