Having done this a LOT, get a vinyl record specific plugin that is made to specifically clean this stuff up on vinyl record sources. There are several really good quality one's out there. But there is nothing built-in to any audio program worth messing with. The 3rd party plugins/apps are the only way to go, if you want to do this correctly. Again, there's a lot of them out there, "most" do a great job. Read reviews, shop around.
